use under the following conditions.  This Disc contains software, demos
and other information of third parties ("Materials) and SunSoft makes no
claims, representations or warranties regarding such third party
Materials, nor does SunSoft assert any ownership interest therein.

PERMITTED USES / You MAY:

> Use the Product in a network, file server, virtual disk, timesharing,
  multiple CPU, other multi-user or remotely accessible arrangement.
  
> Make one copy of the Product on magnetic media for backup purposes, 
  and one copy of the Product on the system.

PROHIBITED USES / You MAY NOT:

> Make copies of the Product, including copying onto any other medium, 
  except to make one back-up copy.
  
> Distribute, rent, sublicense, lease, transfer, resell or assign the
  Product or this Agreement.
  
> Alter, modify, or adapt the Product, including but not limited to, 
  translating or creating derivative works.
  
> Export or re-export the Product without the appropriate United States
  or foreign government licenses or approvals.

This license and your right to use the Product automatically terminate
if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement.  Upon
termination you will destroy all documentation and discs.

SUNSOFT MAKES NO WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
WITH RESPECT TO THIS PRODUCT, INCLUDING QUALITY, PERFORMANCE,
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF
THE RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES.  IN NO EVENT, WILL SUNSOFT OR ANY THIRD
PARTY PROVIDING SOFTWARE HEREUNDER BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT,
SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF
OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF
SUCH DAMAGES.  SPECIFICALLY, SUNSOFT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY COSTS
INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THOSE INCURRED AS A RESULT OF LOST
PROFITS OR REVENUE, LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCT, LOSS OF DATA, THE COSTS

SunSoft retains all rights not expressly granted.  This license will be
construed under the laws of California, U.S.A. except for that body of
law dealing with conflicts of law.  If any provision of the License
shall be held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to
law, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible
and the remaining provisions of this license will remain in full force
